Armin Pajand, PCC / managing director

Prof. Pajand is a frequent speaker on brain science, team performance and leadership and teaches a course on “team leadership coaching” in the age of complexity at the A&M Texas University that is based on his and his colleagues’ research on best in class research on team leadership. Armin has over 15 years of consulting and advisory experience with top institutions and Fortune 500 organizations in the US, Europe and Asia. Armin’s experience spans over multiple industries including Higher Education, Energy, Financial Services, Health Care, Technology, Consumer, Utilities, Government and Non-for-Profit sectors. Armin is a Chartered Financial Analyst with a MSc in Organizational Development. He has completed his graduate work at HEC Paris and Oxford University, studying coaching and consulting with leading thinkers such as Dr. Chris Argris, Dr. Michael Maccoby, and Bob Putnam. 

Armin currently serves as the advisory board member to University of California Irvine Continuing Education with the purpose of enhancing the relevance and quality of academic programs through partnership with UCI faculty and academic departments.

Kenneth R. Brousseau, Ph.D. / Chief scientist

Dr. Brousseau specializes in behavioral assessment systems for purposes of management selection, performance management, career advisement and executive team coaching. He is the author of numerous articles on career development, work system design, team development, and organizational design which have appeared in Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Performance, the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Executive, and the Journal of Organizational Change Management. He is the co-author of The Dynamic Decision Maker. Over the past thirty years, Ken has consulted for a variety of public and private organizations, such as NASA, ARCO, ABB, Educational Testing Service, Federal Aviation Administration, Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Northern Telecom, United Parcel Service, GlaxoSmithkline Pharmaceuticals, Home Depot, The Aerospace Corporation, Rockwell International, Sigma Alimentos, S.A., and Western Digital Corporation. Dr. Brousseau received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University. He was on the faculty of the Management and Organization department at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. Ken is a member of the American Psychological Association and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Michael Bekins is a recognized authority on the leadership issues confronting global organizations that operate in fast-growth, rapidly changing markets. In a world filled with complexity and noise, Michael's mission is to help executives focus on the leadership qualities and career goals that matter most. Bekins has lived and worked in eight countries on four continents, serving in a variety of global and regional leadership roles. He has served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a fast-growing global medical devices company, and held senior positions with Korn Ferry International, including President-Asia, President-Europe, and EVP/Chief Operating Officer. His conversations with thousands of executives have shaped his perspectives on life, work, and success. For the past decade, after assignments in India, Hong Kong, and Singapore, his passion has been identifying the qualities that make for high-impact leaders operating in an environment of change. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BS from Pepperdine University, and an executive coaching certification from Columbia University.

Dr. Bellia works with executives in mid-size to Fortune 100 companies, ranging from mid-level leaders to C-suite executives and entrepreneurs in North America, the Caribbean, and LAT. Industry experience includes management consulting, healthcare, media and entertainment, utilities, government, higher education and nonprofit. Roxana is affiliated with the Center for Creative Leadership since 2016 as an Executive Coach and Facilitator and previously served as the Coaching Practice & Talent Leader for Latin America. Roxana designs and delivers leadership development experiences and culture transformations. Dr. Bellia has a demonstrated track record of building coaching cultures and providing innovative approaches to enhancing individual executive leadership and team effectiveness through executive assessment, coaching and development. Roxana is a lover of photography, art, theater, music, culture, soccer, languages and global travel. Roxana lives in Long Beach, California. She received her Ph.D. & MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, from California School of Professional Psychology.
